    Yes — text me a few photos and your VIN and I'll send back a real number, not a 'come in to find out' line. If you accept it, the offer is honored when you arrive.

  • Can I get pre-qualified before I drive in?

    Absolutely. I'll send you a soft-pull pre-qual link from our captive lenders. Takes about 5 minutes, doesn't ding your credit, and tells us exactly what programs you qualify for.

  • How much down payment do I really need?

    Honestly, $0 down is possible with strong credit and the right lender promo, but $2k–$4k typically gets you the best rate. We'll run a few scenarios so you see the trade-off.

  • Do you ship out of state?

    Most weekends I deliver across PA, OH, WV, and NY personally. Further than that I work with a transport partner — usually adds 5–10 days and a flat fee depending on distance.

  • What about service after the sale?

    I'm still your contact. Service appointments, recall lookups, second-key questions, even just 'how do I pair my phone again' — text me. Most things I can answer or book without you waiting on the service desk.
